3-Day Technical Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 3 days of purchase ONLY if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service.

This policy covers situations where our AI manipulation detection technology fails to work as advertised, our servers are down, or you cannot access the core features due to technical problems on our end.

What Qualifies for a Refund

✓ Technical Issues We Cover:

  • • AI detection system completely non-functional
  • • Unable to upload images due to server errors
  • • Account access issues preventing service use
  • • Core features not working as advertised
  • • Persistent app crashes or loading failures

What Does NOT Qualify

✗ We Do NOT Refund For:

  • • "I changed my mind" or buyer's remorse
  • • "I don't like the results" or subjective dissatisfaction
  • • "I found a cheaper alternative"
  • • User error or misunderstanding of features
  • • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • • Internet connectivity issues on your end
  • • Device compatibility problems

Required Information

To process a technical refund request, you must provide:

  • • Detailed description of the technical issue
  • • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
  • • Steps you've already taken to resolve the issue
  • • Device and browser information

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not qualify for a refund of the current period.

Remember: Cancellation and refund requests are separate processes. Canceling does not automatically trigger a refund.
